We have this wonderful little heat advisory even, since like Tuesday.
A HEAT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM CDT FRIDAY.
* TEMPERATURE... HIGHS IN THE LOWER TO MIDDLE 90S WITH HEAT INDEX VALUES OF 95 TO 105 EACH AFTERNOON. LITTLE RELIEF IS EXPECTED DURING THE OVERNIGHT HOURS AS CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN WARM AND MUGGY.
* IMPACTS... THE PROLONGED NATURE OF THIS HEAT WAVE MAY CAUSE AN INCREASE IN HEAT-RELATED ILLNESSES. THE HEAT CAN BE MOST STRESSFUL ON SMALL CHILDREN... THE ELDERLY... OR THOSE WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS. LEAVING A CHILD OR A PET IN AN ENCLOSED VEHICLE... EVEN FOR A SHORT TIME... CAN BE DEADLY.
90 degrees feels like 96 degrees and it is thick out there.
Feel like sizzling bacon up here in the north.
With it being so amazingly hot my ever wonderful brain has decided that it needed to get this song stuck on repeat.
Now let me tell you at the moment, I think Nelly has it dead on.
Really just want to concentrate right now on what I have now deemed the two B's. Boating in my bikini. It should be BB time today, like now and a few hours ago. Not this whole work thing.
Seriously just want to cruise out of this place. And let that lead into....
